His leadership goes beyond the school—serving as Deputy City Coordinator and Member of the CBSE Inspection Committee, he plays a pivotal role in elevating educational standards regionally. As a Founder Member of Brass City Sahodaya, he has fostered strong networks of collaboration among schools.

MRS. NISHIMA SAURABH PATHAK

A founding faculty member and the academic backbone of PMS Public School, Mrs. Nishima Saurabh Pathak brings 28 years of rich experience in teaching and leadership. As Vice-Principal, she blends academic expertise with innovation to nurture a vibrant learning environment.

She has been instrumental in designing the school’s Holistic Personality Curriculum (HPC), aimed at developing intellectual, emotional, and moral intelligence. Her introduction of Bagless Days and promotion of experiential learning have redefined how young learners experience school.

A certified CBSE Resource Person, Mrs. Pathak actively mentors educators beyond PMS. Her philosophy—"Learn to fail, but never fail to learn"—guides her commitment to student growth, teacher development, and continuous learning.

MRS. MARY ISABEL DAISY

Mrs. Mary Isabel Daisy brings 27 years of heartfelt dedication to the field of education, with a special focus on early childhood learning. Her journey from a Math and Science teacher to Headmistress reflects her passion, innovation, and deep understanding of young minds.

At the Kindergarten Wing of PMS, she leads with warmth, purpose, and creativity—ensuring every child begins their academic life in an atmosphere of joy, curiosity, and care. She believes that real transformation begins in the classroom and remains closely involved in student learning.

Mrs. Daisy advocates for inclusive education, environmental responsibility, and values like empathy and respect. Her leadership ensures that our youngest learners grow not just as students—but as kind, confident, and compassionate individuals.
